3 Steps to Internet Marketing Success

Most Internet entrepreneurs focus too much on “getting hits and they are wrong to look at the situation from above. We could say that marketing is the process by which a product moves from producer to consumer. This includes research, product development, communication, sales and distribution of proceeds.

In this article, take a look at the marketing process as a whole, from above.

Internet marketing is not very different at the bottom of the marketing in the real world: just go faster.

As Paco said Cabrera, a teacher of mine Marketing: “Marketing is to find out what your customers want and give it better than the competition.” This is a phrase that most impressed me ever since. Seems like a simple sentence, but it takes locked from market research to distribution.

Step One: Find and develop your product.

Any successful product begins with an idea. That idea must be thoroughly examined before doing anything else, before doing anything. Before you choose a product or service to sell, you need to define your target audience or market segment. That means your potential customers. Make sure you have adequate resources to advertise your product to your market segment.

For example a doctor if you are promoting your system to cure kidney stones by ultrasound, would not be practical to insert in your ad listing pages free. However if your product is a shampoo that ensures the growth of hair and you can send the whole world, then you can make a fortune anunciándote in such websites.

Your target audience will also determine your web page. In addition to basic requirements of design and easy navigation and quick download, you need to consider as to attract the attention of your visitors, persuade you to explore your website or make a purchase or request your email.

When you write the headers (holders) of your text ads on your website, think about the kind of people who will be visiting your site. Consider your demographics such as age, income level etc.. Proportional to free information is of interest.

Step Two: Communication and advertising.

Promotion is the act of increasing the popularity of a product through advertising. In this case, get more traffic. Press releases, articles in the news and announcements are examples of free information to promote a product.

The advertising is directly related to the sale of the product. When you put an ad or register your site in search engines and directories, consider your potential customer and includes a header that tells you exactly how they benefit by clicking the link to your website. Your ad should be short and concise. That appeal to and stimulate the curiosity to want to know more.

Third step: To sell and distribute.

Selling goods and services is to change money. The process of selling online is no different than it has been used successfully for decades.

It is incredible to see how many sites do not facilitate the buying process, confuse the visitor. No common techniques used in sales and special offers, or two to one. When you walk into a physical store, there are sellers and posters to advertise your products are on offer or what is the recommendation of the seller, which prices have been lowered so. But on the Internet, most websites that offer is only a search engine to find a shopping cart.

If advertising a sale, must be connected with a link to details of how that product will meet customer needs. Did you ever click on an offer that you have taken a web in which then take several minutes to find the offer? When you go to a car shop, Got to wait in a queue and then ask someone to teach you a car?

Once a customer decides to buy, and the sale can take place in fact. This is a critical point in the sales process where all your work can be wasted if you do not have an efficient way of taking orders and means for the distribution of proceeds.

This brings us back to the development of Web technology and its integration with the “shopping cart” process cards in real time. Or at least an order form and an autoresponder to confirm the order to the customer.
